Data Preparation
We prepare CAD data in such a way that our clients can utilize it in their process chain later on.
Our Services:
- Preparation of solids from 3D free-form surface models (e.g. IGES, Catia v4, etc.)
- Reduction of details in 3D models to implement a networking tool
- Preparation of clean line CAD models for networking with CFD, FEM and other tools
Examples:
- Preparation of a new, clean line 3D exterior geometry (aerodynamic form incl. solids) of e.g. Eurofighter, Tornado, P3-Orion for electro-magnetic calculations in FEKO and/or CST (customer EADS Military Air Systems)
- Simplification of complex 3D geometry of a military aircraft for networking and further calculations in CST and/or FEKO (customer EADS Military Air Systems)
